Mr. Lancer: Cut and Dry Teacher
Voice Actor: Ron Perlman
First Appearance: "Mystery Meat"
Casper High’s vice-principal and teacher of whatever subject the plot calls for, Mr. Lancer is your typical stern teacher. He does not tolerate disobedient students, is quick on punishment, and is about as corrupt as a kid’s cartoon can get—favoring the popular children or worrying about his paycheck. None of the students try any attempt to like him—Lancer being of the out-of-date slangs and inability to connect with his students.
However, none of these negative opinions have deteriorated Lancer’s ultimate desire to teach. He wants his students to pass so they can have a bright future and though he purposely picks on Danny, he just as easily wishes to benefit his education.
Lancer used to be a student in Casper High, serving as head cheerleader. He also used to have hair, an issue that now occupies the rest of his body to Robin William-levels degrees. He will also kick your ass in "Doomed".
Dash Baxter: Silently Sensitive, Brutally Brawly
Voice Actor: S. Scott Bullock
First Appearance: "Mystery Meat"
Adding to the list of growing High School clichés is the school bully. Despite only being in his Freshmen year, Dash is already "King of Casper High", admired by all but the nerds and losers since he tends to victimize them. Danny, especially, whom remains his favorite to pick one, half of which consists of insults directed at his surname (incidentally, "Fenedict Arnold" is my favorite).
Dash is also the star football player (and basketball apparently) and has more then enough brawn to dish out the goods. Of course, he’s all muscle; Dash is dumb as a bag of nails, unable to pronounce "untutorable" and under belief mice lives Jerry Mouse style.
Hidden inside is Dash’s sensitive soul, one who enjoys soap operas, cuddles over his Chihuahua, has a closet full of teddy bears, and the like. He is also a fan of Danny Phantom, considering him a role model.
Paulina: Pretty in Pink, Bitchy in Nature
Voice Actor: S. Scott Bullock
First Appearance: "Parental Bonding"
No High School cliché would be complete without the bitchy cheerleader. Paulina plays Dash’s male counterpart of being the most popular girl in her class. Unlike Dash, 15-year-old Paulina is smart and uses her manipulative status and beauty to get what she wants. Boys swoon whenever she walks by and girls admire her (unless you’re Sam). She constantly boosts her own ego and is prideful for who she is, no matter how shallow and selfish it may be.
Danny spent the better first half of the series crushing on her, even though she never gave him the time of the day. His luck changed when she was rescued by his ghostly half twice, causing her to develop a crush on him. Though Danny is ecstatic, he spends the better portion trying to convince her to go with Fenton.
Kwan: Underdog Asian
Voice Actor: Dat Phan, James Sie
First Appearance: "Parental Bonding"
Dash’s second-in-command, Kwan, too is a football playing popular kid. He works in tandem with Dash to bully others and flaunt their popular status. Unlike the blonde brick, Kwan is of a more pure soul as his reasoning for what he does is simply out of insecurity. Scared he doesn’t belong elsewhere, he only became popular to have friend—fake or not. Inside, there's a small moment of kindness.
Star: Doesn't look like her given namesake
Voice Actor: Dat Phan, James Sie
First Appearance: "Parental Bonding", officially debuts in "Lucky in Love"
Like Kwan’s second banana to Dash, Star is to Paulina. She’s catty, mean, rude, and hangs around the pink bombshell so that she can actually matter. She’s been called "satellite" because of the way she hovers around Paulina. Despite her dejection from the social grape vine, Valerie regularly chats with Star.
Mikey: Meek Geek
Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker
First Appearance: "One of A Kind"
A frequently seen geek, Mikey is timid and nerdy. He is a constant victim of bullies. He goes through a bit of voice change that makes it sound as though he entered puberty.
That stated, you know who was the woman who voiced him before Baker did?
Damon Gray: Mild-Mannered to his daughter’s aggression
Voice Actor: Phil Morris
First Appearance: "Shades of Gray"
Once a top employee for the Axiom Lab, Damon was quickly fired from his job when his latest top-of-the-line security system blew up on his face, unable to capture a giant ghost dog and a half ghost kid helplessly clinging to it. Given a second chance as a lowly security guard, Damon and Valerie moved out of their lush, rich home and into a rundown apartment.
He eventually gets his old job back, but that has not stopped Damon from keeping a stiff upper lip throughout. A mild-mannered individual, Damon is calm and rational. Skilled in computers, he was crucial during Pariah's invasion, working alongside the Fentons to ensure Amity Park’s safety.
Damon remains a single father who adores over his only child. Because of it, he is often a bit overprotective, not at all happy or approving of Valerie’s ghost hunting when he finds out. Unfortunately this plot is never resolved.

Tucker’s parents, whom like their son, are rarely seen or acknowledged. From what little I’ve seen, they look to be mild-mannered and perhaps as geeky as their son; at the least the father.
Ms. Tetslaff: Beefy She-Hulk
Voice Actor: Laraine Newman
First Appearance: "Fright Night"
The school gym teacher, Ms. Tetslaff stereotypically looks like she got hooked on steroids, or possibly a butch lesbian. Hey, she did dress up as a Frankenstein Gertrude Stein! Naturally, she’s rough, buff, and all around manlier then her constant rival, Lancer. She takes no slack and remains courageous out in the field, or at the least she’s able fitted for wilderness survival.

Jeremy and Pam are the anti-thesis to Sam. While she’s Gothic, dark, and interested in the field of eccentricities and uniqueness, Jeremy and Pamela embody the wholesome goodness of all that is sunshine and rainbows. Their complete opposites have forced them to clash. The Mansons constantly tries to get their wayward daughter to the brighter side. Despite it, the parents and Sam concern and love one another.
If they’re not wasting all their energy on their daughter, they are protesting anything questionable for impressionable children. They often conflict with the Fentons as well, sometimes blaming each other’s kids as much as themselves.

Sam’s grandmother, Ida looks the part of normal, harmless granny, but she remains the only one of the Manson adults who specifically allies more on Sam’s side then Jeremy and Pamela, having led a non-conformist life herself.
She remains lighthearted and outgoing.
Three news reporter that frequents the series. Tiffany Snow is the red head that remains perky despite the many disasters she reports. Shelley Makamoto is the mandatory Asian reporter, and Lance Thunder would much rather make love to his hair then his job (he’s a weather reporter).
