“Everybody calls me Johnny 13, I kinda got this reputation for being…unlucky.”

Johnny 13: Ghostly Rebel without a Cause
VOICE ACTOR: William Baldwin
AGE: Unknown, physically he looks to be teenager to young adult
EYES: Green
HAIR: Blonde
STATUS: Motorcycle Ridin’ Rebel ghostly punk
LIKES: His bike, Kitty, girls, trying to get into any hot girl’s pants
DISLIKES: Probably ugly chicks, Kitty bitching at him
PERSONALITY: Laid Back, flirty, free spirited
POWER: Able to control his "Shadow" and yes, also intended to be a pun, standard ghost powers
STRENGTH: Well, he's a spiffy motorcycle rider
WEAKNESS: Pretty useless without his Shadow
FIRST APPEARANCE: “13”
GOAL: Sloppy make out sessions with Kitty and a hot chick in a threesome

HISTORY: He’s apparently based on 1950’s bikers. I don’t know about his wear (which looks more grungy 80’s), but he’s got the attitude, the bike, and the skimpy girl for that matter. It’s possible he’s had a human life, but god only knows, I don't know why I even bother guessing at this point, but can you so see him having died from overdose of drugs? He certainly can stand out among humans since he closely resembles them in appearance then most ghosts could do in their Afterlives. He just has a very pale face, so yeah; he could definitely use that to his advantage…to pick up mortal chicks.

He's main steady however is Kitty whom he loves despite the constant disagreements they get into. When the two headed for Earth, Kitty ended up getting zapped at the last minute upon the Ghost Portal closing in on her. Spreading her energy to her scarf, coat, and ring, Johnny’s task was to find a chick to don them in order for Kitty to play host to. He spotted Jazz upon exiting the Ghost Zone and spent the next few days scoring her heart, Jazz herself smitten with him when he saved her life from a raging rollar coaster that he's Shadow caused in order to get her attention in the first place. Danny wrecked the entire plan, knowing Johnny is a ghost and eventually saved his sister’s life from being ghost-hosted (“13”).

He returned when Danny met up with Johnny’s Shadow again in Floody Waters Water Park. After literally flushing Shadow down a water pool, Danny is faced with the utter fact that Paulina caught him transforming…and she likes it. Danny and Paulina happily date, but of course life takes another crapper on the poor kid as he finds out Paulina’s been possessed by Kitty the entire damn time. Cuz’ he kept checking our girls in their time on Earth (due to a portable Fenton Portal opener Johnny stole from Jack’s lab earlier in the story--but never seen); Kitty jealously dated Danny as revenge. Johnny leaves in a huff as his answer, but playing Mr. Hero, Danny convinces Johnny to secretly team up to stage a fight for the bad luck man to win Kitty’s heart back. It worked as Danny’s beaten Johnny long enough for Kitty to feel sorry for ‘em. The two return to the Ghost Zone where Danny quickly destroys the Fenton Portal portable device and makes quip about him and Johnny's staged fight that sends Kitty to lay another bitchy smackdown on her man (“Lucky in Love”).

Aside from a cameo as an older alternative self where Phantom reduced Johnny’s legs useless (he’s now stuck in a wheelchair) in “The Ultimate Enemy” and serving as one of the many ghosts that helped Danny save Christmas (“The Fright Before Christmas”), he made a more prominent, yet still generally useless return in “Girls’ Night Out” when he lets his Shadow beat up Danny just to blow off steam after getting into an argument with Kitty…again. Kitty eventually finds him and out of anger, blows a kiss towards him, sending him to an unknown dimension. That's basically it on Johnny here. We don’t even know if he comes back, although I’m guessing it’s a given since he returns as a brief cameo in “Livin’ Large” when Danny promptly and desperately steals his bike to save the Ghost Zone from being missile’d by those loons, the Guys in White. Johnny was kind enough to help Danny chuck a giant ass rock to counter the missile along with Skulker and Youngblood via giant slingshot, then got pissed afterwards for his wheels having been desperately stolen. He makes a cameo as one of the frequent ghosts captured by the Masters Blasters, then as one of the many who saved the world from an asteroid ("Phantom Planet").

PERSONALITY: Rebel without a cause-ish sort of guy, Johnny is laid-back and calm, never really taking things too seriously and preferring to go about on his own leisure pace cuz’ that’s he’s life. He’s carefree and he’ll be damned if anyone tells him what to do, even if half these arguments and disapproving comes from his bitchy girlfriend. Despite that, he still loves her (he even nicknamed Jazz “Kitten” in “13”) and manages to stick by her, showcasing a great deal of patience potential future boyfriends would never give me considering how much of a bitch I can be. That doesn’t stop him from eyeballing any pretty girl he sees, if not to either blow off some steam from Kitty's nagging or even to make her jealous.

Oh, and he’s got that whole bad luck thing going on, which he only seems to use when provoked. Other then that, he’s just mainly cruising around with his other true love: his motorcycle.

NEO YI’s OPINION: Long story short: Pretty decent guy, but eh in general. He doesn’t make a good villain mainly cuz’ none of his plans are really life threatening. Then again, Johnny fits more of an Anti-Hero role as he’s anything BUT moral centered, yet he isn’t above world domination, homicides, manipulations, or whatever one would categorized in the villains pile. Quite frankly, I think he’s just content riding his bike and hanging out with his chick while occasionally flirting with others cuz' he be a baaaaaaaaad boy like that. He’s happy with that and there’s nothing else he’d rather do. Kitty, on the other hand…
