HISTORY: Hotep Ra is the ghostly remains of a mummified servant who worked as a loyal aid to the once great pharaoh Duulaman. Unbeknownst to him and his lookalike Tucker, Hotep had grand schemes to usurp the throne for his own power hungry intentions. Obviously failed the first time through, Hotep gained his second chance when he tricked Tucker into the royal life, building an empire he would then rule over.
He doesn’t get far. Danny and eventually Tucker stop him. Baddies really need to stop binding their time and just get it over with.
PERSONALITY: Dull and unpredictable.
OPINION: Dull and unpredictable.
Okay, I do have one thought. Is Hotep Ra really a ghost who repossessed his mummified body or just firmly a ghost? If we’re following Egyptian life and death, the soul enters to get judged. Their heart is placed on a scale and should it weight more then a feather, they are immediately devoured. Well, considering his deceitfulness, I can imagine Hotep must have somehow gotten away...somehow, then spend the better part of the next few thousands years arsing around in his dead body until someone finally triggered the "open sesame" mirror.
Hey, it’s a cartoon.
